Go ahead and go to the members page and place your name under any of the areas, but include a wiki holding the bio of your character. When creating your character go to the bio format wiki atop the members page. If you also wish to play a character that doesn't count to your three character limit you can go to RDM Playable characters I'm still working on the bios there.
